Marian utilizes up-and-down punch presses for traditional die cut parts. But standard industrial equipment hasn't been good enough to meet the exacting standards set by Marian and our customers.

Many of the materials cut by Marian are soft and flexible. Special care must be taken not to stretch or distort the material during the cutting process. We also build and install our own roll feed equipment on the punch press to ensure adequate controls that ultimately enhance the quality of our customers’ parts. We also design and build die loading stations, which shortens set up time and reduces down time to almost nothing.
