Though our policy is simple, we go to great meausres to meet those standards. In addition to adhering to internationally recognized standards for manufacturing quality, Marian's staff also continues to meet the customer satisfaction standards instilled in us by Eugene Witchger, the former president of Marian. They reflect a time when a businessperson's handshake meant a commitment greater than any legal document could guarantee.
